Double room available - 2, 3 or 4 Nights per week

We are currently looking for someone to rent out a furnished double room available in our 3 bed house in Newbury.

We are flexible in terms of the number of nights that someone wants it for. However the room is only available during the week.

We are happy to offer it up for a minimum of 2 nights per week at £250 per month, 3 nights at £300 pm or 4 nights at £350 pm.

Our house is a large 3 bed house near the racecourse, 1 minute away from the bus stops on the Vodafone free bus route (I work for Vodafone myself). It’s also ideally situated for the train as its 15 minutes’ walk to the racecourse station, 20 minutes’ walk to the main Newbury train station. Parking available also.

About us – Currently there are 3 people living in the house; My partner and I (my partner does long hours so is rarely in in the evenings) and his brother, who again often works late evenings. We are all in our early 30’s.

We do have 3 lovely cats so you must be a cat lover even though we wouldn't expect you to interact with them if you did want to.

Viewings can take place immediately, the room is available from the 1st November.
