I am looking for a clean and easy going flatmate. It has a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom (one just for you) in market place; really close to the rail station and on Vodafone bus route (V1, which is free).
White goods available. Broadband available.
The house has off street car parking space for 1 car, and since I don't have a car you can have it.
The bedroom is unfurnished but we can negatiate about furnishings.
The rent (including council tax and bills) is 600£ per month. Also, you will need to pay 200£ once to register to the address.
7 days or Mon-Fri are both fine.
