Terraced house close to all amenities and within walking distance of the town, train station and Vodafone bus route. Parking is possible. There is a shared kitchen, large bathroom and large living room. However, I work from home and use the living room to work in from Monday to Thursday, from 9am to 5pm (approximately). I hope you like cats? Ziggy is 16 and he is a fixture with the house.
I try to avoid late nights in the week, I hope anyone lodging with me would not be noisy after 10 and quiet by 11. You must clean up after yourself. I have a lovely big garden and patio. A vegetarian lodger would be great but if you eat meat in moderation that is Ok. Available from 4th March.
