Enormous room in spacious annex. Roughly 17msq!

This is rural so you must drive. I have two seperate huge rooms available in the rear annex of the old farmhouse. It is on the ground floor and very clean. You would only be sharing the bathroom. The kitchen would be shared with a third, occasionally. All facilities are included and there is a lot of space as it was originally built for wheelchair use. The rooms are roughly 17msq. The rooms have been re-decorated, each has a good sized window letting lots of light and views to Beacon Hill and countryside.
The bathroom is also a roomy family size with a bath and overhead shower, toilet, large wash basin and mirror with a light. It also has a good size window with plenty of natural light.
The kitchen is in good decorative order also, large and airy with enough dining space to entertain eight easily. There is an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils available to use. Welcome to entertain friends if desired. Even better views over countryside in the afternoon Sun due to an enormous window.
There are your own large fridge/freezer. You have your own large food cupboard too.
You have access to my Wireless Broadband.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is driveway parking for one car and a patio area right outside the kitchen window, very handy when entertaining in the Summer.
