Double room in bungalow - AMAZING location!

Hi there,

We're looking for someone to move into our 3 bed bungalow in Purley-On-Thames. You won't find a better location...the bungalow is in a peaceful location overlooking the River Thames with plenty of parking. There is a double garage which is sort of our mini gym with free weights and a treadmill, a large communal living room, kitchen, bathroom and shower room. There is also a large garden with the River Thames at the end of it!

All bills included ( wifi, Electrics, water, council tax) except for Oil which provides our heating. We each pay approx £100 - £150 a quarter, this doesn't apply in the summer though.

Only 10 minutes into Reading Town Centre, 10 Mins to the M4, good public transport links with a bus stop nearby and less than 5 minutes to Tilehurst train station.

We're looking for someone who is clean and tidy, easy going and wants a relaxing place to come home to.

The rental contract expires in mid July and will be renewed again in August.
