Double room in Purley

I own this end terraced house which consists of a recently decorated large open planned living/dining room, modern (September 2013) kitchen, modern bathroom (July 2010), two double and one single bedrooms.

I am looking for someone to rent the double room which will come fully furnished, this will include one wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table/draws, large desk, 32'TV (no aerial or freeview box) and double bed. I am an easy going guy who likes to relax watching the football with a beer, watching films, listen to music and TV shows, keeping fit, as well as a decent cook up at the weekends. I would like someone to live with me to have similar interests, be relatively laid back but willing to help with cleaning/chores around the house.

There is a large back garden and small front garden. The property also has Fiber Optic broadband Wi-fi, Sky+ HD and Gas Central Heating. All Bills Included. If a couple wants this room an extra £200 is required.

Within easy access to Local Transport; Number 16 bus stop (25 mins to reading station) is a two minute walk from the house and Tilehurst Station is a 20 minute walk away. There is a local shop which provides basic groceries. It is also situated a 10 minute walk from the Thames.
