Dbl in West Reading

I am looking for one new housemate, but there is the option of 2 rooms.

Double 2 is a moderate sized furnished double (Dbl bed, multiple wardrobes/drawers, and TV unit). This room has lots of storage space.

Double 3 is a compact room, with a built in full dbl bed, single wardrobe, tallboy drawers, under bed storage and TV mount/shelf on wall.

Occupant would share the main bathroom with one other person (powerful shower, cupboard for each occupant). There is also a downstairs toilet, so the bathroom should rarely be needed by visitors.

Smart house, 6 yrs old, high spec. NOT one of these impersonal exec shares with many rooms and no communal space.

2 other professional male housemates.

The shared living room has a home cinema setup including projector and surround sound. The garden is laid smartly with decking and BBQ for the summer months.

5min walk to Reading West station (3min to Reading), or 15min to Reading Central, plenty of buses. Gym and swimming pool within 10min walk and Tesco Extra on doorstep.

The house has 1 parking space, sole use could be negotiated. Alternatively there is usually street parking available (no permits required) or Tesco car park is only 300m away.

The Landlord is live-in but temporarily working away so will only be infrequently present.

All bills, WIFI, etc are included (except landline calls) unless they rise due to excessive usage.

Double 1 [Taken] is a large double with en suite shower room. (Dbl bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, TV mount on wall. Heated towel rails, thermostatic shower, heated mirror wall.)
