Double Room to let in Cottage on St Peter's Road

I am a live-in landlord. I am a teacher, in my 40s, fairly quiet, do not have a tv, I do a lot of reading and cooking when at home. I go out a fair bit too with friends, walking, cinema, exercise etc. I enjoy the peace here and am looking for a like-minded house-sharer who would choose to hear the birdsong rather than the Eastender's theme tune!

I am looking for a single person or a couple to let Bedroom 1 if they are willing to pay an additional contribution towards rent and bills. I am happy to consider short term lets to a maximum of 3 months, the reason being that I am hoping to move in the Summer.
The cottage is a light and sunny converted stable, with front and rear gardens. It is set in a quiet and secluded location just behind the top end of St Peter’s Road, with plenty of on-street parking. Close to very good local amenities. On No. 17 bus route from town centre. Near J10/11 of M4.

The double bedroom to let has lots of light. It contains a double bed. The room is fitted with wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

The large kitchen/diner and a lounge over-looking rear garden, as does the bedroom to let.

£595 per month including water, gas & electricity bills. If you would like tv and internet you will have to purchase a licence / internet as I do not have a tv and I use a low usage dongle for the internet.
There is also a one off contribution of £75 to be paid up front towards cleaning carpets.
