The studio is available for a new tenant to take over from the previous occupant. Please note that this studio is exclusively available for students. The studio is available from the 9th of June till the 7th of September 2024 (around 3 months).

No council tax is applicable, as the occupant is a full-time university or college student, and the property falls under the exemption criteria. No electricity or energy bills as well.
