One modern single room is available with good storage spaces in a modern new-build victorian style three bedroom house. The single room is on the upper level of the property There is a good sized open plan shared living room and kitchen area leading out to a court yard garden. The kitchen is fully intergrated with all modern applicances. The bath room is floor to ceiling tiled with a deep bath and shower head attached. Internet access is also provided.

The house is situated near Grovelands with good local bus routes into Reading town centre and train station both day and night.

I am open to short term stays but the minimum would need to be 4 to 6 months.
