Beautiful large double room available in modern 1st floor apartment. 15 minute walk from Reading town centre, close to all amenities, bus stops, Easy access to shops and TVP, Reading Train station and M4

Apartment is sharing with one other professional female. I have a boyfriend so he is sometimes around. He stays a few nights a week but we are both always on the go, very friendly and welcoming and there is plenty of space as we are often out and the flat is very roomy! Looking for another friendly professional female to share with and to have girly company with some evenings etc

Apartment has wood flooring, open plan kitchen/lounge and balcony, Bathroom with power shower. Sky TV + Broadband.


Housemate must be clean, able to tidy up after themselves and be happy and respectful of eachothers space.

I have a small dog called Blue, shown in the pictures. Shes 2 and house trained. She's very friendly. I'm fully responsible for her and she goes on regular walks, but it is important my new house mate likes dogs.

All bills included included except home phone.
