House comes with broadband, gas central heating, lovely garden with pond and BBQ area and a large basement for extra storage. Bills are not included and are £88 per month including gas, electric, water, broadband, TV licence, council tax and basic household items (cleaning products, toilet roll etc).
We are fortunate to have some great shared living areas, including a separate lounge with log burning stove, and regularly watch TV together or lounge in the garden. Bedrooms are distributed over 3 floors of the house and all comfortable double rooms, meaning when needed it is easy to find space and time to yourself in your room.

There are many streets within a 10 minute walk with free parking.
There is an admin fee of £60 and 1 month's rent as deposit payable on the move in day.
