The property is fully equipped with all the usual white goods, central heating and double glazing. The bedrooms are upstairs while downstairs is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. There's also a garage with ample storage space for bikes and such, plus a large back garden.

All bills included, including 100MB broadband with wired and wireless networking in every room and Virgin cable TV (can add additional channels on request).

There's one off-street parking space and plenty of on-street parking nearby.
The house's location is 5 minutes drive from the M4, town centre, local Morrisons supermarket and university, while a 15-20min bus (35min walk) gets you to town and it's a 20min walk to the university.

No fixed rental period beyond a commitment to stay for at least 3 months. Can also arrange Mon-Fri only on request.

Happy to accommodate students or professionals but ideally looking for someone who won't be in all day during the week.
