The house has gas central heating and double glazed windows.

Communal areas include a large, well equipped kitchen/dining room, and a comfortable separate lounge leading to a conservatory and then, through patio doors, to decking overlooking the garden.

There are two en-suites in the house so only 3 people share the newly refurbished shower room with shower, handbasin and toilet, the upstairs and the downstairs cloakrooms.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher and two fridge/freezers. There is plenty of cupboard and worktop space. The kitchen is also equipped with new utensils, pans and crockery. The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas, and has a new flat screen TV. The house is 7 minutes away from Reading town centre, and 15 minutes from the train station. London Paddington is a 30 minute train journey.
