This is a light and airy room within easy walking distance of the town centre (about 15mins walk to mainline station).

The bed has a very good quality mattress, and cotton bedlinen & towels are provided.

The bathroom is shared with one other person (professional male) - who also stays only from Monday to Friday.

The large kitchen-with-dining area is equipped with all the usual "stuff" - and shared with 4 mature & civilised people. However, if you like to be self-contained, there's also a fridge and microwave in your room.

There's fast Virgin broadband with wifi, and a TV in the room.

The garden is surprisingly quiet for a town house, and a pleasant place for a glass of wine on a summer's evening! There's off-road secure parking.

You'd be welcome to leave your "stuff" in the room over the weekend.

We're a relaxed household; friendly and accommodating yet respecting each others' privacy.

We ask for a month's deposit simply to avoid being left in the lurch, but we're happy for it to be paid in monthly tranches - conscious of the fact that cash flow may be limited at the start of a new job!
