Good-sized room in friendly house-share

Room available in a lovely, shared house. Close to Cemetery Junction, Palmer Park, and conveniently located on the 13/14 bus route which gets you directly into town.

Room available from the 4th of August.

House has five bedrooms, and at the moment, we are three British guys in their 20s, and a Spanish woman. We are a friendly, although pretty quiet bunch, but up for a chat or a TV/movie watching session! We are between the ages of 22 and 28 and ideally, would like a house mate who is around the same age.

The room for rent is located on the ground floor at the front of the house. It is a decent sized room and comes furnished with a double bed, desk, and chest of drawers.

The house itself has all the needed amenities-- washing machine, dryer, microwave, etc etc. The house has a good sized common room (with TV) and decent sized kitchen. There are two full bathrooms in the house-- one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor.

We are looking for an employed, relatively quiet, friendly, mostly tidy person to complete our household! (we are planning on starting a cleaning rota for next month, so you'd have to be ok with this!) Also, no smokers please.

Of note: The rent of 335 includes council tax, but no other bills (gas, electric, internet)-- these come to approximately 50 pounds/month. The minimum contract is 4 months.
