Central double ensuite in large duplex flat

The room is an ensuite double (includes a bath and shower) in a large duplex (two storey) apartment in the centre of Reading, in the Holybrook residential area (10mins from the train station, very close to the bus connections , 3mins to the nearest supermarket and 2mins to the Oracle shopping centre and 1min to the famous pie shop for those that know Sweeny Todds!).

The rent is £725 and includes all bills (internet, water, electricity, council tax and a cleaner who cleans the whole property) for the common areas. There is also a private parking space that we can discuss availability, if interested.

We are an couple, both professionals who work in the centre of Reading.

I am English and my girlfriend is Spanish (who is also fluent in French). We can both work long hours and like coming home to cook and unwind in the evenings during the week. That said, we are both sociable people and like to try and spend as much time with friends as possible.

This would be a great opportunity for anyone who appreciates living in the centre of town close to all amenities.
