Room To Let - Single £340 Pm

I am offering a single room in a ground floor flat in Reading, London Rd. Very close to shops, buses and 20 min walk from T/C. Train station about 30mins! Share facilities in flat, I can describe it as basic, not modern. I can offer a double bed, cabinets and a wardrobe. There is use of a dining room, which I don't really use. Also kitchen, toilet and bathroom which is shared with myself. (No pics of the flat, sorry). A small garden at back. The parking is by permit, and to gain a permit you would have to move here 1st then apply. I have a permit. The rent is £340 pm (inc bills). I rent the flat from a landlord so you would have to meet him, as well as myself. I would also need refs from employer and your previous landlord.
