Professional House Mate Sought for Chilled House

We have a really good sized double, first floor room for rent in our established friendly house. This can be furnished or unfurnished.

The house benefits from:
- a good sized back garden, where we often spend time in good weather, (actually any excuse to be outside)
- one bathroom (bath and shower) plus a guest cloakroom
- lounge with sofa's, TV and good music system
- fully furnished kitchen
- good wifi throughout the house (fibre optic)
- off road parking.
- We have additional storage space in a garage attached to the house
- the house is 5mins from Reading town centre by foot, 10mins from the central station and 5mins from Reading West station.
- easy access to the Bath Road, A33 and bus routes (bust stops right outside the front of the house).

About us:
We are all professionals, from diverse backgrounds (1 women and 2 blokes). We all enjoy chilling, going out or having a bbq and the Best Pub in Reading is at the bottom of the road! We would prefer another professional or mature student to share. Unfortunately no couples (4 people max to actually live here, be on the contract). Would prefer someone who is planning on staying for longer rather than shorter. Our landlord is also fantastic.
