A wonderful large double room for one person in a homely shared house in a fantastic location.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, 4 drawer chest of drawers, small desk and chair. There are also shelves and the bed has storage drawers.

We are looking for a respectful (non-smoker) person who likes to live in a clean and tidy house, sharing with 3 others.
It's a nice clean house and everybody helps to keep it that way.

Current residents include 1 male and 2 females , all professionals who work full time regular hours.

Shared lounge , shared kitchen and 1 shared bathroom.
Internet , utility bills (gas central heating and electricity) , council tax and water rates included.

5 minutes walk to the Oracle and 10 minutes to the train station.
7 minutes walk to the Royal Berkshire hospital.

Deposit of 1 month in advance.
