It is upstairs with a great view of the garden and is very peaceful (no traffic noise since it faces the garden). The house is large with a big kitchen and shared living space and dining area. It has a separate bathroom and shower room (2 bathrooms) and has downstairs and upstairs toilets. The main bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom. The house is a 5 minutes walk from the University of Reading Whiteknights campus where there are bus stops to Reading town centre. The house has a large garden and friendly professional housemates.

All bills included in rent - wifi broadband, council tax, gas, electricity, water and tv licence.
