Cheerful house with 3 friendly housemates

This is a 3 bedroom, two levels, one large bathroom, a huge kitchen, and an open concept dinning and living room space. It is very spacious and because all of the roommates leave for work at different times the one bathroom has never been an issue. You would be sharing the house with two Australian sisters who share the master bedroom and one girl from the Czech republic. One of the roommates is a teacher, another works in an IT call center and another studies engineering by correspondence and works in a restaurant. They are all fairly quiet and do not use the common areas a lot but are still very open to someone else having friends over for drinks, party etc... The bedroom that is freeing up is a small but very nice cheerful space on the upper level of the house. It has a huge east-facing window with blinds and a view of the back garden with a huge apple tree. The room has one queen size bed and two chest of drawers. The house is fully equipped with washer, dryer, plates, pots, pans and generally everything you need to live there. The street is very quiet and the neighbors are mostly families with young children so it is a very safe street. There is a pub right around the corner that has great meals, it is a 3 minute walk from the bus stop, an 8 minute walk/ 4 minute bus ride from town, and there is a Tesco Express a 4 minute walk away. Rent is £260 per month plus bills. The bills include electricity/ water/ council tax and internet. With bills it usually comes out to £312 (with an extra £100 every 3 months when the gas and electric bills are due).
