Rooms available In Really Convenient Location

Are you looking for somewhere to call a home, rather than somewhere where you just get your head down?!

Due to various personal circumstances, my housemates are moving out at the moment (one is going back to uni, and the other two are moving back in with family), so I'm looking for a fresh bunch of awesome people to move in!

THE ROOMS
The single room has a single bed, wardrobe and bedside table. It's a front facing room, and despite being compact, is very bright! You probably won't find a cheaper single room elsewhere!

The double room has, as you'd expect, a double bed. There's also a desk, wardrobe with drawers, and even a sofa! There's plenty of storage in the under-stairs cupboard which is in the room, and this room is also at the front of the flat.

Both of these rooms share a bathroom with me (more about me later!). The bathroom is of a nice standard with a toilet, bath and over-bath mixer shower. There's also cupboard space for your toiletries, and a heated towel rail.

If you want to live in real luxury, then you'll want to check out the studio room upstairs (this is the £800 per month one). This room is massive, and is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, sofa and even your own fridge! The room is ensuite with a bathroom fitted out to a very high standard! You really need to check this room out to believe it.

There are TV points in all of the bedrooms, so you can plug in your freeview or freesat box.

All three rooms share the kitchen, which is also fitted out to a high standard with a fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

Included in your rent is all bills - including council tax, water, electricity, gas, TV licence and also BT Broadband. The property has laminate flooring throughout and has recently had a lick of paint.

THE LOCATION
You can't get a much better location in Reading for the price you'll pay. The flat is part of a secure complex with gated entry. There's no parking available, but there is a bike shed to store your bike if you've got one. The property is located on Oxford Road - just across the road from Richer Sounds.

It's right on the doorstep of the town centre - a 3 minute walk and you'll be in Reading Town Centre where you'll find all the shops, supermarkets and bars. It's also placed in between Reading Station and Reading West Station - both of which are around a 10 minute walk away. There's also a bus stop right outside the front door which is serviced by a 24 hour bus service.

ME
I'm a 28 year old professional who works Monday-Friday in Newbury, and does 1 week in 3 on call. I'm clean and tidy, and a non-smoker, shy at first but sociable when I get to know you.

I enjoy the odd drink with friends, BBQs, movies, tv, quiz nights, gaming (I'm on the Xbox side, just in case you're interested!) and socialising. I'm not a massive party goer, and do appreciate some private time! I'm also training for a marathon at the moment (not sure what possessed me to sign up to that, but I have!), so I'm regularly down at Pure Gym and running around town.

YOU
It'd be great if we shared some similar interests. In the past, I've been pretty unlucky with noisy and untidy housemates, so it'd be great if you mopped up after yourself (it's pretty easy with the dishwasher!) and respected the fact that I'm on standby for work 24/7 one week in every three (house parties are generally a no-no!).
