Double room available in a 3 bedroom houseshare

One of our housemates has just bought her own home and is leaving us :( We now need an equally great replacement to come and live in a 3 bedroom homely house-share off of the Wokingham road. The house is ten minutes walk to the university and 15 minutes to the hospital, it has easy transport links into town with a bus stop across the road. The room is a comfortable double and the house has all the standard mod-cons and two reception rooms.
About us: 1 guy, 1 girl, thirty something non-smokers, clean, but not obsessively so, friendly, sociable and respectful housemates, good tea makers, occasional wine drinkers.
About you: Sociable yet mature professional person, looking for a house you want to call home for the next little while as opposed to a place that you go to sleep. Non-smokers non-mentalists preferred.
