I am looking for a professional or mature student who is quiet, tidy and non smoking. Flat is on 3rd floor (there is a lift). Room has new double bed, large cupboard and dresser, bookcase and desk with lamp. Your room is 3. 5 x 3.0M. I am happy to add TV. You have your own bathroom with power shower / bath (and there is a new boiler). There is an open kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer and washing machine. The lounge has a large TV with BT package. There is broadband Wi-Fi. There is gated off-street parking as well as a bike shed. All bills inclusive.

Richfield Avenue is tree lined and across some fields from the River Thames. It is a short walk over Caversham Bridge to Caversham town centre with Tesco Express, Waitrose, and restaurants... It is a maximum 10 minute walk to Reading Main train station (Caversham exit); and another 5 minutes to the Oracle and the main shopping & restaurant area of Reading. I ride my bike to work down the Thames Path to the Forbury in less than 10 minutes. It would take you only a few minutes on a bike to the train station. The flat is also 150M from the Rivermead Leisure Complex with gym and exercise classes, and across the road from Reading Rowing Club. The Thames Path is great for biking, walking or running.

I work in Reading as an IT professional. I am away most weekends seeing kids who live in the Midlands. Previously I had a couple staying who are moving back to Spain (who can provide reference). I imagine they'll say I'm good company!
