Double Room in fab home

I have a double room to let from now in my home in Lower Earley. Please note there it will only be available for a short term let as the house is currently on the market for sale. Minimum offered will be 3 months though.

I am 31 year old primary teacher, so it is important that you have a clean criminal record :). I am friendly and sociable and am looking for someone similar who will treat my home as their own.

It is in a lovely quiet street with parking outside and is within walking distance to the Uni or close to a bus stop to get in to town. I have sky, wifi in the home and there is also a large garden.

I do have a friendly dog who shares the home but she isn't left when I'm at work. She will mostly leave you to it but will always welcome a belly rub!

The double room is furnished with a bed, large double wardrobe and bedside table. There is a clean shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen.

I would want to live with someone friendly and social who won't sit in their room all the time. I enjoy watching movies, going to the gym, traveling and making the most of my weekends!
