Room available in a houseshare from 1st of January

Room in a 4 bed house on Pitcroft Avenue, double bed, desk, built-in wardrobe (a lot of storage space!) overlooking the garden.
Communal space: Lounge with 2 sofas, large kitchen (with breakfast bar, gas hobs, big fridge and separate freezer), 2 bathrooms (one has a shower, the other one has shower over bath), garden.
Other tenants: 2 PhD students and 1 Masters student (2 males, 1 female)
£300 per month, bills not included, Internet is £20. 25 for the 6 months.
Available from 1st of January until the end of tenancy agreement which is on 30th of June - 6 months in total, but if required it may be possible to move in earlier (I'm moving out in the second week of December).
