Conveniently situated and attractively finished house just 10 minutes walk from town centre and 5 from the hospital. So perfect for commuting or if you work centrally.
There are two double rooms available, both from February, I'm happy to rent them together (if you want to move in with a friend) or separately.
There is a living room with TV, virgin media and broadband as well as a kitchen/dining area. The bathroom has both a shower and bath.

There is also a small patio which is lovely to sit out on in summer.

I work 9-5 in town centre on weekdays and enjoy going out and visiting friends. I love baking and there's often something good baking in the oven! I also love running, but if I'm not exercising then I'll spend my evenings watching TV/films or with a book.
