Hi everyone,
We are two young professionals looking for an easy going and tidy housemate. The room is available from the 27th of January. An earlier moving day is also negotiable.
The bedroom is bright, spacious and unfurnished. The living room is cosy and welcoming.
The house is clean and tidy and well situated in Reading town centre, 5 min walk from the Oracle, 15 min walk from the station and 30 min walk from University of Reading. The flat is on the 1st and 2nd floor of a house and the room is on the 1st floor.
There is space to leave the car on the street but you will require a parking permit. It is easy to get hold of one by contacting the council.
The rent is £475 and is inclusive of all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax, internet, virgin TV).
We enjoy hanging out with housemates and friends in our lovely living room and we love having the occasional chat on nothing and everything!
A viewing is highly recommended as we are rubbish at making photos look good and they don't do the house justice!
