Room in quiet location 2 mins from Oracle
Double room in bright and modern 3-bed house in the middle of Reading town-centre, 8 mins walk to station and 2 to Oracle.
I am looking for someone to take over my room for the last six months of the current lease (possibility to extend).
The room/house is furnished and has been recently renovated and freshly painted throughout. It is bright with lots of natural light. Shared rooms include kitchen, living/dining room, hallway and two bathrooms (one with bath and the other with a shower). There are two parking spaces and a large patio with plenty of space for barbeques in the summer.
You will be sharing the house with two friendly guys in their mid-twenties working for a professional services firm.
The house is in a great location in a quiet cul-de-sac in Reading town-centre, two minutes walk to the Oracle and eight minutes walk to Reading station.
Please let me know if this is of interest and I will arrange a viewing for you.
