WANTED: Fun new housemate for a fantastically fun house (we are sometimes also quite boring.)
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER: Ground floor room £450 per month (this includes all bills - sky, broadband, council tax etc) from 21st august. The room will be partially furnished.
We are a sociable household currently occupied by two guys and two girls. We enjoy eating meals together as a house, watching terrible TV, going to the pub occasionally and like to spend time hanging out in our living room. Personal space is also respected.
The house is a 5 minute walk distance from Reading town centre and 10 minutes the railway station. A deposit of £350 will also need to be paid when you move in.
Our house unfortunately does not come with parking!
