Double room for rent in a bright corner house, with NO FEES!!

This house is taken by 2 male and one female mature students and the forth one can be male or female student.

There is plenty of storage in the house available to all to use.

It is a furnished double bedroom which is available from 1st of January or 1st of October or even earlier. (downstairs) for £400 a month, utility bills included.

Bathroom/ electric shower is upstairs. (Not through the kitchen!)
