The house is shared with 4 other tenants (1 male and 3 females), all young professionals and very fun and friendly people to hang out with or simply to have a nice night in.
The house has a shared living room with a big TV, a dining room, a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms (shower and tub) and a garden !
There is free parking on the street and wifi.
The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a sink (room at the back of the house with view on the garden).
Regarding the bills, it is roughly around £60 per month.
It is located in a quiet area (next to Wokingham Road) and very convenient as many convenient stores are at the corner of the street. Same thing for the bus!! Takes only 7mins on the bus to get to city centre and train station!
