Duration of stay does not matter. But it is expected that when you are moving out you find a replacement for your room.

No pets, smoking outside the house, you can invite friends but always should be considerate about others in the house.

Room is available from the 6th April. The room is priced really cheap at 325 + bills.
Security is £525. The bills are usually around £60 in summers, slightly more in winters.

We are a group of 4 professionals living in the house, one of us is moving out due to family circumstances. We pay a fix rent to the landlord and share the bills evenly. The landlord does not live in the property but is always available in case of any issue.
