This house-share has nice friendly housemates and is in a great location less than 5 minutes from Thames Valley Park, on a main Bus route into Reading town centre, close to Reading University and also has excellent access to the A329M, A4, M4, Bracknell and Wokingham.

There is an M&S supermarket located at the end of the road as well as other shops, a dry cleaners a restaurant and a pub. There is an Aldi and Costa 2 minutes walk away.

The house was newly decorated a year ago with new carpets downstairs.
The current tenants are looking for a new housemate who is sociable, tidy and easy going. They all work in the local area and enjoy sports, socialising, watching TV and chilling out.

The room is a good sized double with a bed with a chest of drawers, a bedside cabinets and a wardrobe. The rooms are about 4m x 4m so a great size.

The communal area is a really fantastic size. At one end there is a great sized lounge with 2 sofas, flat screen TV and a coffee table, decorated in neutral colours, it is a great place to spend time.

At the other end there is a separate dining area which looks out onto the garden. It has a dining table and chairs and leads on to a fabulous sized kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, double oven and 4 ring gas hob. There is lots of storage for your things and we provide basic crockery, cutlery and saucepans to get you started.

The house has unlimited download fibre broadband included , also included are all the bills and a fortnightly cleaner and a gardener to help keep a happy home.

To the front of the house is parking on the driveway for two cars as well as unrestricted parking on the street. To the rear there is a large garden laid to lawn, perfect for a summer barbeque and isn’t overlooked like many houses in Reading are.
