Hi. I can offer a spacious room in a 1930s semi in a quiet cul-de-sac, 15 minutes walk to Reading town centre. There is off-road parking and the house is well-placed for access to motorway and AWRE. The spare room has a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage space and a table and two chairs in the bay window overlooking the tree-lined drive. The bathroom has a new shower enclosure and the kitchen is spacious. As I am a late-riser and eat midday, sharing these rooms is easy.
There is a large, mature and pleasant garden with patio. All bills are included and it would suit a professional, looking for a secure, quiet but friendly place to stay Monday to Friday only.
