Double room (11ft 3 x 6ft 9) to rent on second floor, with an additional single room for further storage, in a spacious and well-presented townhouse.

Kitchen, dining and living areas are fully furnished (though room is unfurnished), and there is a private rear garden with storage for bikes and a lawn with decking.

The house is on a quiet road, with on-street parking (permit needed), and is a twenty minute walk from Reading town centre and Reading train station. Local amenities, including Tesco Local and Dr's surgery, are a few minutes walk away. A large Morrisons supermarket is also in walking distance. The university campus and sports centre is a 15-minute walk.

The house would suit a female, who would like to share with two other female young professionals. It is a very friendly, tidy and comfortable house-share - so feels very much like a home!

The house is let through an agent so a reference check will be required. The landlord lives locally and is happy to be contacted directly with any maintenance issues.

Bills are not included, please allow max £115 pcm (utility bills vary according to time of year). Wireless broadband, phone and TV package including Netflix available though Virgin Media.

The housemates are work colleagues (and friends!) who work in the publishing industry in Oxfordshire. We both went to Reading university and enjoy socialising as housemates as well as doing our own thing. We are happy to answer any questions and show you around.
