Large double room in a very nice friendly house

I am moving out of my large double room, and am looking for someone to replace me. The room is much larger than average and the largest room in the house. It is fully furnished. The open plan lounge and kitchen is a great social area. The other tenants are two males and one female, very friendly and easy to get along with. There is off road parking outside the front of the house and a garden at the back. There are two bathrooms in the house which is great. The house is in a great location with a huge road of shops a few yards away. Walking distance into town or the bus stop is literally around the corner. We have a large tv in the lounge with the full sky package and fibre broadband. Price inc bills is £425pm
