It is perfect for anyone that visits London and parking is also available. If you're looking for a place to call home and not just a hotel room, this will be the house for you.

-The room has a high quality double bed mattress, double wardrobe, desk, chair, book shelves, lamp and bedside table.

-The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and conveniences you would expect to see including a bosch washing machine, large samsung fridge, oven with gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses, wine glasses, cups etc. Also there is a host of spices and herbs.

-The spacious shared living room has breakfast bar, high quality stools, dining table, chairs and a lounge sofa. There is patio garden to the rear of the property (We had some good BBQs this summer) and a garage to store your bicycle.

-The house is fully double-glazed, has all required modern safety features such as fully automatic smoke alarms etc. Parking is available at the rear and front of the property.

-There is a field in the back to play sports, go for a run or just to relax.

Bills are split for a cleaner that comes to £15 per month. All other bills are included.

One month's rent payable in advance and one month's rent for deposit.
