The house is on the 17 bus route into town, running every 12 minutes. It takes about 13 minutes to Reading Oracle shopping centre.

There is a wide range of restaurants and shops local to the house and a Sports Centre in Palmer Park which is just round the corner.

The rental includes all bills and high speed Wi-Fi, as well as gardener and cleaner every two weeks.

Both rooms have new double beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table.
