Double Room In Friendly House Share

We have a double room available in a friendly house share, rent is £355 plus bills which totals to around £420 this will vary as gas and electric are on a key metre. Smokers and small pets are welcome. The house is situated close to bus and train services. We are sociable and live well together but it's by no means a party house and we respect each other's space and privacy, we are looking for a like minded person. The house itself is spacious with a more than ample kitchen and separate living area.
