Double En-Suite, Quiet house

Hi,

Looking to rent out our double en-suite bedroom which is currently empty. Currently just Myself(22, male, Marc) and my dad (50+, male, Ian) living at the house, far too much space for just 2 of us.

Local area: 2 pubs within walking distance, 5 min drive to large supermarkets/shops, 5/10 min walk to Sandhurst train station(links to Guildford, Reading, Gatwick), fairly fast internet.

Room: Double room, plenty of extra space, en-suite shower, furnished(bed, wardrobe and drawers), flexible or furniture if you have your own.

House: Use of kitchen, lounge, gym & sauna, dining room, garden, gated driveway, alarm system.

As for myself, I work full time in IT and in my spare time try and travel as much as I can. My dad works full time also but is self employed and sometimes works from home. We have 4 small dogs, they are very friendly and quiet. We also have a cleaner that comes twice a week, she doesn't currently clean the room in question but could for a small price if you don't have time.

In terms of who we are looking for, we are fairly flexible, we only ask that you are honest and not too loud in any way, visitors are welcome within reason, you are more than welcome to join us for food or drinks if/when we are around. Basically just looking for someone who is generally respectful. Couples will be required to pay £600PCM to account for extra bills.
