Small Double Bed room for rent in Newbury

Available after Xmas /January.

Looking for a normal, preferably female (they're tidier) housemate who would have the place to themselves a fair bit of the time.
It's a Double bed in a smaller bedroom meant for a single occupancy professional available in clean two bedroom house, Shaw area of Newbury.

It does have a built in wardrobe which can hold quite a lot of stuff and under bed storage too, if anything else was required we can talk about this. The house is in a nice quiet cul-de-sac near the A4.

Would also consider a Mon-Fri let, upon which there may be a little room for negotiation on the price for the right person.

It is close to shops, not far from Vodafone, good service for bus to Reading, easy walk to Newbury, approx +15mins to Railway Station (walking). There are also good cycle areas.

The room overlooks the garden and is quiet. Bed and Linen are provided, but if you want to personalise then that shouldn't be a problem.

The house has all normal facilities including microwave, grill/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, drier, a good powerful shower, driveway and a garage. Shared bathroom.
There is Sky+ TV and other entertainment.

The garage can be used for covered storage for a bicycle and also has gym equipment in it, such as exercise bike, mat, weights and heavy bag.

If there are any questions please feel free to ask and I can update the profile. Car parking is available and also if there is anything somebody would want that I don't have then if it's a reasonable request then this is possibly up for discussion.

People who meet the ideal criteria would be considered first. It's a nice house and hoping for someone nice and normal.
