There is some storage available in Loft room. Residential parking bays, a permit is available. A Private quiet location. It's a no smoking house but you can smoke in the patio garden.

I am looking for a clean and tidy professional to share the house with. I am gay, easy going, I write for a living, so am often locked away working. So if you're looking for a party house, this will not suit. My previous house mates have stayed for over two/three years.
