Clean and bright room in a nice quiet 3 bed house.
Our good friend is getting married and will be relocating, so we are pleased to offer this room to you. 3 people living in the house in total, so after our friend moves out you will be the third housemate.
The house has use of a garden with a small patio, shared kitchen, a bathroom and a separate shower room. A new carpet was recently fitted in all rooms. Very fast optic internet and WiFi.
High street shopping centres, banks and a Gym are literally around the corner, and it is 10 min walk to the train station. The street is surprisingly quiet for this location and we have a good responsible landlord.
Smoking is only acceptable outside.
We are two young professionals working in Telecommunications and Engineering industries and we are looking to share the house with an easy going tidy person. If you are this person please get in touch!
