I am currently looking for somebody to take my place within a shared house based in Cippenham. A double room is available in a 3 bedroom house within a quiet street.
You will have full use of large living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.
House is already furnished and bedroom has built in wardrobe and bed with mattress.
You will be sharing with two male (tidy) tenants in their 20's who both work full time. I am moving out due to moving in with my partner.
The rent is shared equally between three people totally £400 pcm and this is the biggest bedroom out of the three.
We currently split all household bills which total to less than £100 each a month including Sky TV and internet.
Please let me know if you are interested or would like to view. If happy to continue, you will sign new contract with existing tenants.
