This is a six bedroom house with Sky (all the channels), a cleaner, a gardener, a big garden and it's in a little village next to the M4, so great for transport.
We have a new combi-boiler so there's no wait for hot showers, two bathrooms and four toilets, and although there are five housemates and always a conversation to be had, the house is surprisingly quiet due to work commitments and people going home at weekends.
