Sharers must be reliable, have occupational and previous accommodation references. The house is tidy and homely, and I have had lodgers before so used to sharing meals and clearing up.

Fully furnished with build-in cupboards and drawers in double bedrooms. Dining table and chairs. Leather lounge suite with good view of fish tank & TV (Freesat hd pvr).

Pleasant quiet garden and patio + bbq. Shared use of drive, garage and shed.

Pets considered on application, though all applicants must be tolerant of and willing to occasionally feed the gold fish!

Single room is 9ft*6ft6 and probably best just for part time occupancy. Will be letting 2 out of 3 rooms with me in remaining room for max house occupancy of 3 people.

Good location for nearby country walks and bike rides, Excellent cycle/walk access to GreenPark or Verizon (3Miles).
