I am looking for a tidy and friendly professional female who would like to rent my light and large double furnished room in Thatcham. Please no men or couples.
The room has a great view over a green park and access to a fully-equipped and clean kitchen.
There’s also a large sun trap garden with a patio to sit and enjoy, especially during the warmer months.
You’ll also have access to your own off-road parking space in front of the house.
Bus routes are a 2 minute walk and the train station is a 10 minute walk.
I have a large and friendly dog. Any interested parties would need to be comfortable with him.
Water, gas, electric and virgin fibre are included in costs.
