Our flat mate has moved out and we’re looking for someone to replace him. You will not be renting through ourselves, we would be adding you on to the tenancy, which has a minimum 1 year stay.

We’re looking for someone who is settled and chill like ourselves, we don’t party/go out to town, we enjoy going to the gym, going for walks, rocking climbing and watching tv/films.

One of us WFH full time whilst the other works at Harrods.

Clean, tidy, 3 double bedroom flat above the hairdressers, with the co-op and takeaways also being downstairs.

Broadband FTTP 900mbps New washer/dryer and shower installed within last 6 months

Please note the room is UNFURNISHED, but do we have a new double bed in there (can be taken out if needs be).

Me and my brother (British) occupy the other two rooms, and we have made this flat into our home. We are kind, respectful and laid back, and we expect the same from a potential roommate.
